Summer is almost here, and with the children out of school, we as Parents face
unique challenges with childcare. Nanny Brokers offers families a unique solution
- the Summer Nanny Program!
Summer Nannies are usually college students on summer break looking to both
earn money for the next school year and to spend the summer working with
children
Typically they are female, often with educational concentrations in education,
child development, psychology, and other related fields.
Families find that these summer nannies can be very enthusiastic, active and
caring caregivers for elementary aged children, a wonderful alternative to
summer camps.
Many engage in activities such as biking, swimming, tennis and other play
appropriate activities for the summer recess.

One of our placement counselors will conduct a search to carefully match your
needs, the counselor will then present information to you with a Nanny Overview
form which gives you pertinent information on the candidate she selected.
The Caregiver will call you directly so that you can talk to her about her
experience and background. At that time, if you feel you would like to meet this
person you will need to schedule an interview for her to meet with you and your
Family. If you then decide to hire one of our Summer Nannies, only then will you
sign our Summer care contract and pay our placement fee.
( Sitters salary is usually between $ 12- $15 per hour)
or IF YOUR DAY IS LONG ,you can pay a flat weekly rate nego. Between you and
the sitter.
