For Live Out Caregivers
* Hourly Salary is typically between $12-15 per hour
* Salaries are based on a 30-50 hour week and two weeks paid vacations.
* Typical nanny duties are: The com care of the children (meals, activities and child related housekeeping). Other responsibilities are negotiable
between family and nanny.
* Caregiver will reside in their own residence , however will come to your home each day to care for your children.   
* Childcare provider shall be exempt from working most major U.S. Holidays.


Live In Caregivers
*Live In Caregivers do not typically earn an hourly salary, they earn a weekly salary usually between $300-$700 per week , depending on each
families unique needs and expectations.
* Salary is based on a 40-50 hour work week  with 2 consecutive days off per week, and 2 weeks paid vacations.
* Typical nanny duties are: The com care of the children (meals, activities and child related housekeeping). Other responsibilities are negotiable
between family and nanny
* Families need to provide a comfortable and private living quarters as well as all meals.
* A car to be used to transport the children to and from activities , sometimes to be used by the nanny for other personal uses as allowed by
the Family.



How to Start my Caregiver Search

After we receive your completed Family Application a childcare counselor will telephone you to carefully listen to you and go over your unique
family needs and concerns.


Correspondence with Nanny Brokers
After we conduct a careful summary of your needs, Nanny Brokers USA will contact the Caregivers we feel will be a suitable match for your
family. After carefully describing your needs to the caregivers and they confirm they are indeed interested in your position, We will gather all
pertinent information on them for your review.
We will then forward a Nanny Overview Sheet on each Caregiver that we find to be a suitable match for your family.


The Initial Telephone Conversation:
After you receive the Nanny Overview Sheets by the Agency,
We strongly suggest you start with simple phone interview . Ask the Caregiver a few questions about her previous jobs, the types of activities
she like to do with children, her family, school and her experiences with children

Please describe yourself, your family and your routines. Give her a preliminary overview of the job, hours, accommodations, salary, cooking
expectations, etc.

If you like the applicant and would like to get to know her better, you may want to call her for a personal interview to see how she interacts
with your family.
Most caregivers are seeking to secure employment with in 2 weeks. Please keep in mind that we send these applicants out to more than one
family so you may not want to wait to long to make an offer.

After you have booked the Personal Interview, Please call the Agency to ask to see the Applicants Application , Even though we carefully verify
each Caregivers References , you are welcome to call her references again.


After your Personal Interview
After you have met and personally interviewed the caregivers and you have found one you are fond of and would like to offer the position to,
Please call the Agency and the caregiver to discuss how to proceed from this point.

Nanny Brokers USA will then make available to you the Caregivers complete Background Check, a Family /Caregiver Work Agreement, and a
Permanent Placement Contract to hire her from the Agency.


The balance of the placement fee will be due before the caregivers 1st day of work, unless other payment arrangements have been made in
advance with the Agency.


Replacement Guarantee
Nanny Brokers USA offers a (90 day) replacement guarantee if for any reason your caregiver does not work out after the original start date.

* A Face to Face Personal Interview with one of our Placement Counselors
*Nationwide Criminal History
*Social Security Verification
*Sex Offender Registry Check
*MVR ( Driving History Check)
