Parent Agreement
i agree I have read and fully understand the Family Application Agreement , I understand that if I cancel or change the job
description within a 30 day period, this will void my application with Nanny Brokers USA.
I understand that under the terms of this agreement , I will be charged a Non Refundable $200.00 Registration Fee to start my
search.
I understand that if I select to hire one of the caregivers sent to me by Nanny Brokers USA , I will owe Nanny Brokers USA a
Permanent Placement fee that must be in the office BEFORE the applicant begins employment. If I select the monthly payment
plan, I will have all terms with the agency worked out in advance.


Perm Placement fee must be received prior to the nanny's first-day of work. We do not consider a placement to have been made
until our fee is received and contracts signed. We will continue to make the nanny available for other potential families until
such time you hire her.

The nanny is contractually obligated with Nanny Brokers not to begin her employment until our fee is received. If for any reason
the nanny has begun employment and the placement fee has not been received, we will be required to contact the nanny and
instruct him/her to vacate employment immediately following commencement of the current workday.

All information and Introductions supplied by the Agency are Confidential. Any passing of  information to friends, potential
clients, applicants, employees, other agencies or current employers is strictly forbidden and said Client will be liable for the full
agency placement fees in such case. This will also constitute a breach of contract and will be subject to damages being paid by
the Client to the Agency in addition to the full permanent placement fees.


*Note*  It is VERY important to contact the caregivers Nanny Brokers selects for your Family within 24-48 hours after the
contact info has been given to you by the agency. Most caregivers are seeking to secure Immediate employment . They have
been told by the agency you will call them within this said time frame to preform a phone interview, if  you do not contact the
caregivers within this said time frame Nanny Brokers can not guarantee these Caregivers will not accept other job offers from
other Clients , and you could void your Family application with the Agency .

I understand and agree that NO Applicant will be Cleared to start employment  UNTIL The Agency gives me total
background clearance for safety  and security reasons.
