Fee's Nanny Brokers charges a $200.00 upfront application fee to start your search to hire a Caregiver for your Family. ONLY If you decide to hire one of our caregivers we introduced to you , would you ever pay our Perm Placement Fee . Trial Period Nanny Brokers will offer you an Optional 1 week trial period to adjust and get to know your new Caregiver. Nanny Brokers Charges a daily TEMP to PERM Fee for this week (5) days = $125.00 or $25.00 per day, until you decide to hire the Caregiver from the Agency. Once you decide to hire the Caregiver of your choice and you have paid the Permanent Placement Fees for the time period you have selected. Nanny Brokers will provide you with a contract to cover the terms of this agreement. If for any reason your Caregiver resigns or you relieve her of her position during the contract selected, Nanny Brokers USA will conduct a 2nd search to replace your Caregiver FREE of charge. Once a Client You are invited to use any of our services which include: Our Temp Sitter Service which is a 24 hour on call babysitting service including- *Sick Childcare Services *New Baby Care *Overnight Sitters *Date Night Sitters What Is The Typical Salary For A Nanny? A Nanny's salary depends on their education, experience, and background. It can range from $12-17 per hour or approx. $400 per week - $1000 per week gross. What Is The Screening Process For Prospective Nannies? All Nannies placed through Nanny Brokers USA must fill out a comprehensive employment application. A personal face to face interview will be preformed to determine if the nannies fit the criteria of the Agency. We will verify personal and employment information and perform an extensive background check before your Caregiver is allowed to work in your home. Background check will include: Nationwide Criminal History Check Social Security Number Verification DMV (Driving Record Check) Sex Offender Registry Check How Long Does The Hiring Process Take? The average time line is about 1-6 weeks. What Benefits is typical to offer my Nanny? In addition to salary, families usually offer two weeks paid vacation and paid major holidays. For Live-In Nannies, the Nanny gets room and board and use of a private telephone and use of a vehicle during the Nannies time off.
