I am a caregiver and would like to apply. What are your requirements at Nanny Brokers?

* You must have a minimum of two years of experience in the field you are applying for.
* You must be fluent in English.
* You must have at least two verifiable In Home references.
* You must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US.
* You must have a valid Social Security card.
* You must be honest, responsible and reliable.
* If driving is involved: you must have a valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Current CPR & First Aid Certification


Does Nanny Brokers USA charge a fee to job applicants?

* No, there are no fees to apply for a job or when you are placed with a family. All fees are paid by the Family seeking care.


Will I be an employee of Nanny Brokers USA?

* No. The family that hires you is your employer. You will be paid directly by the family.


What is the range of salaries?
This greatly depends on the Nannies professional experience and education level. However, in metro Atlanta typical hourly salary is usually between $12-$18
per hour.


In addition to the basic salaries , the following items are generally considered standard for full time employees:

* Paid vacation is usually 1-2 weeks at the end of the first year.
* Major Holidays: usually the 6 major holidays are given off with pay.
* Mileage allowances are also given to employees who use their own vehicles for running errands or driving with the children.


Typical Duties of a Nanny

      Pick up and drop off from school
•        Drive to and from after school activities (music lessons, sports)
•        Assistance with homework/Tutoring
•        Reading
•        Social Activities (birthday parties, schedule playgroups)
•        Pack school lunches
•        Companion for your child

Light (child related) Chores:

•        Laundry
•        Shopping & errands                                                                                      
•        Loading/unloading the dishwasher
•        Tidying up at the end of the day
•        Light meal preparation
