third party,a corporation with a national background screening network. We offer background
checks on US citizens, permanent residents and non-citizens possessing a valid Social
Security Number (B, H and G visa holders for example), and Canadian citizens and permanent
residents with valid Social Insurance Numbers (SIN).Nanny Brokers USA pre- employment
background check is compliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).Clients ordering the
check are required to certify that they have read, understand, and are in compliance with the

Low cost Online searches are sometimes a fraud !!! ( example) we took one applicant
that we knew had a huge criminal past and submitted it to a low cost online service
$19.95 they came back with a CLEAN criminal report !! This happens everyday !!! They
only do a quick name search, which will NOT verify most criminal records.
Some Criminal checks will only pick up "Convictions" NOT arrests.
Some criminals will not show a conviction because they have not been to court or
have been sentenced or caught yet.
To do a through background check you MUST verify several things:
Multi State or County Criminal Searches in the States/County that the caregiver has
lived.
MVR ( driving records)
Social Security Trace ( checks for positive ID, and rules out any Identity fraud)
