In Home Before/After School Care Program
If you are a busy family and need someone to be there for your children
after school, we have the program you are seeking !
Most after school Nannies work from approx 2 pm- 6 pm or until the Parents
arrive home from work. They will pick the children up from school or they will
be there when the bus arrives.
They will assist the children with homework and give them a snack and if
needed they will help start dinner for the family .
Our team of caregivers are made up of daycare workers, teachers,
classroom assistants, teachers-in-training, as well as those with au pair or
nanny experience. Most caregivers we select for you will live within a 30 min
drive time from your home.
We select "Active" nannies that are able to participate in fun kid activities yet mature
enough to encourage proper manners, chore handling and enhance kid's self esteem.
How does the After school Program work?
The Family will complete the Family Application to start the search process .
Nanny Brokers USA will then call you to discuss your families needs and then begin
your search, we carefully match the needs of your children with the caregivers
that we feel are best suited for your particular situation.
Nanny Brokers personally contacts each Caregiver we feel is a "Match" and speak
to her in depth about your families needs, If she is interested we look at how far
she would have to drive and other important particulars of the position to make
sure there inst any hidden or outstanding issues that could be potential problems
later down the line.
Once all this has been done we will send to you the selected caregivers we have
chosen for your family . The caregivers overview sheets will be faxed or emailed to
you which ever way you prefer. The overview sheet will outline the Nannies past
experience, where she lives, her background and education, as well as her salary
requirements. You phone her to preform a simple over the phone interview, if the
2 of you sound like you would like to meet face to face for a personal interview,
you can schedule it at this time. Nanny Brokers can provide the Caregivers
complete file upon request.
If after your interview you find someone that you feel would work well in your
home , you call Nanny Brokers and we will provide you with all the necessary hiring
contracts as well as the care giver's background check information to maintain
for your records.
You would then owe Nanny Brokers USA the placement fee.

Anytime within the trial period you or your nanny isn't happy we will remove your
Nanny from your home and conduct a 2nd search for you at no additional
expense.
After School Placements come with a Guarantee to last the entire length of
your placement contract.
After school Nannies earn on average $15 per hour for up to 2 children please
allow $1 per hour for each additional child.
